Did You Know?….

That just because we are Christians we are NOT supposed to be poor?  There seems to be a bit of a stigma attached to Christians that if they are prosperous they are ripping money off people. The question I have for you is this?….where does it say in the Bible that we are to be poor? I bet you wont find it anywhere! There’s a very good reason for that, IT’S NOT IN THERE! God almost commands us to prosper so we can in turn help those who are in need!  The more we prosper the more we can give, how good is that!! God wants us to have whatever our hearts desire and he will give it to us too, all we have to do is have Faith that he will do it!

Now most of us will have a difficult time with this and I still haven’t mastered the art of it even though I know Gods Word and I trust God implicitly but it’s still difficult to get your head around. The best place to start is Deuteronomy 28, go check that out for a good read on prosperity!! There are lots of others too which I will list at the end of this post!  Trouble with prosperity is that we have been taught from the time we could speak, that we have to get a job and not just any job a great job or we will never have anything in life. Do you know the saying “The rich get richer and the poor get poorer”? What sort of bloody stupid saying is that! It’s cursing us all to poverty and we don’t even know it!! Time to change our mindset people and start speaking prosperity and riches! Start sowing your seed, so you can reap your harvest, start trusting God that his Will be done and his Will is for you to have your hearts desire. It’s not easy and the devil will come at you like a freight train telling you how poor you are and believing God for anything is stupid but remember this, he is a liar and a thief, he comes to rob you and destroy you, God comes to prosper you and give you Life!  Stand firm, don’t give the devil any bullets to fire at you, spit them straight back in his face in the Name of Jesus!! This is not a quick fix and you will need to exercise your Faith and stamina but gee how amazing will it be when your breakthrough comes!
